    The only reason I'm giving one star is because it will not allow me to give zero stars. I went into Subway Tuesday afternoon and got my usual Double Chicken Chopped Salad with spinach. When I took a bite, I took a bite of dirt. I didn't know what was in my mouth until I started gagging and spitting it out in my sink. My entire mouth was brown and gritty. I immediately went back to the store to get a refund and make sure they threw away the spinach. When I told the employees what happened, an employee named Tierra started laughing at me! I asked her to stop, she didn't. I asked for a refund, they wouldn't give me one because I didn't have a receipt (they NEVER gave me one). I asked them to throw away the spinach, they wouldn't. I asked them if they washed the produce, they said THEY DIDN'T! It wasn't until I told them I wasn't leaving the store until they threw away the spinach that they called their manager and she finally agreed to let them throw it away, but not give me a refund. Tierra once again laughed at me and told me I can call corporate and ask them for a refund. I explained that I wasn't complaining about it not tasting well...I had DIRT in my salad! I explained that I've worked in restaurants for almost 20 years and if someone found hair in their food, it was an automatic refund even on takeout orders without a receipt. Both workers kept interrupting me saying "No, no, no you wouldn't " ah yes, yes, yes I would and did. It's called good business. Do you really want someone telling their horror story online for everyone to read? So I got laughed at again. I asked Tierra to stop again, she didn't. Even the Walmart manager, who doesn't have any authority over them, thought it was ridiculous and tried to help me. I think her name was Sandra, she was great. No manager would talk to me or come to the front. I finally left because I had to throw up. I called the corporate number and filed a complaint. The next morning the manager called me and apologized. She told me to come in and get my refund. When I got there the manager and district manager both apologized to me for the dirt and bad customer service by their employee. I thought this was all over....until today, 3 days later I got a notice from Facebook that somebody commented on my review...it was the laughing employee Tierra! She put laughing emojis () as her comment! I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, Tierra laughed once again and hung up on me! I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER SUBWAY EVER AGAIN!!! Hey Subway, is this really how you want your business represented???
